1875 brought the discovery, from the breadths of the Mediterranean, of the island of Ferdinandea, a piece of volcanic land that still to this day continues to gift the fruits of its explosion: a fossil coral with exceptional colouration, differing from branch to branch. Shades ranging from quite most pale to the most intense salmon-pink, and to make it even more unique there are occasional nuances ranging from yellow to brown and finally to black.

Born of the will of its founder, Giuseppe Conti, to preserve the old techniques of making corals, this laboratory is one of the rare goldsmiths-corollaries centers capable of giving life to the beauty of the coral.
The Ulera Creations combine coral, a stone whose value has been well-recognized since ancient times, with the modern taste of Elisabetta Melotti and Monica Stasi, designers with a lot of well-established experience. The travel research, studies of the latest fashion trends and the observation of trends in vogue in the fashion industry have become the fulcrum around which to develop a new outlook on the jewel.
